The findings that will result from the project will be validated through a use case in one of its social housing neighbourhoods. The residents will play an active part by contributing with feedback on how they would like their home to be.
As a former European Capital of Culture, Matera will help to develop the IRM by sharing expertise on how to stimulate the cultural and creative industries, necessary to expand the local economy.
As a digitally advanced entity, Elva will share expertise and advice that will be used to develop the digital infrastructure already present in Ermua.
