The session will focus on the co-creation mechanisms deployed to foster inclusive citizen engagement highlighting the need for a thorough analysis and diagnosis of district/neighbourhood strengths and opportunities. Identification of key areas of intervention through the commitment of engaged stakeholders (residents as well as other actors from existing sectors in the area, such as SME, housing associations, etc) and municipal support will lead to developing strategic plans and identifying the capacity-building needs to deploy the neighbourhood vision.
