This research poster, presented at SHE2024, showcases the drOp project’s Integrated Renovation Methodology (IRM) for transforming social housing districts into inclusive smart neighbourhoods. Using the Santa Ana neighbourhood in Ermua as a pilot, the poster highlights citizen co-creation, local economic development, and digital innovation as key drivers of sustainable urban regeneration.
