This session will bring together the key insights from the drOp EU project’s experience, highlighting the main lessons drawn from working with urban communities in neighbourhood regeneration processes. The discussion will reflect on opportunities and challenges faced by municipalities when implementing renovation and urban regeneration approaches. Special attention will be given to the case of Ermua, Spain and Elva, Estonia, offering practical examples and integrated reflections. The session will conclude with recommendations for future replicators, pointing towards a roadmap that supports more effective transfer and scaling of innovative practices across European cities.
